I also looked in the comments on a few other blogs' Walgreens posts and no one else said anything about it. If you still want to try the deal, you could go back and hope it's a different cashier. If they give you a hard time too, tell them that it doesn't say that it can only be used at Target and ask them if they would try scanning it anyway. I think it was last week? Or the week prior? It has a little Target logo in the center but doesn't say anything about only being used at Target. I'm assuming if it has the logo on it then it's a store coupon, not a manufacturer coupon? Well, at least the razors were BOGO.
